Carestream Cassette Extraction Tool is required to safely remove Kodak Flex Digital Imaging Plates from Kodak Industrex Cassettes. It is recommended that cassette users have one of these on hand to perform this operation.
Kodak Industrex Cassettes are designed for use with the Kodak HPX-1 Digital Imaging System. These ridged cassettes are ideal for daylight operations, and they are manufactured in sizes 8” x 10”, 10” x 12” and 14” x 17”. All cassettes incorporate a 10-mil Cu rear screen for backscatter as standard, and a 10-mil Cu front screen can be included as an option.
